We offer private one-on-one Restorative Exercise™ sessions at our facility and through Skype for long-distance clients. You will gain information specific to your body that will benefit you in group classes and throughout your daily activities. In-person private sessions are 1 hour in length, Skype sessions are 1 hour. We use a systematic progression that will help guide you along your most appropriate path. Following this protocol ensures that you know exactly what you have to work on and in what order.
